Overview
Formed, fixed and poured in-house
We build the formwork, fix the steel and pour insitu concrete for the structural parts of a build: columns, lift pits, cores, beams, suspended slabs, pits and civil structures.
Formwork, reinforcing, pumping, placing and finishing are all in-house. On The Pitau that included formwork across several zones and some of the heaviest-duty reinforcing we have handled.
We also carry out the concrete side of seismic upgrades. At Bayfair we built five-metre walls in a 2.8 m wide space inside a working mall, poured after hours, and at Haumaru Sports Centre two 250 mm shear walls went into the basement.
