When you fill in an enquiry form on this site we collect your name, email address, phone number and whatever project details you choose to give us. We also collect standard analytics data about how the site is used, through Google Analytics.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, price your job and keep a record of the work. Analytics data is only used to understand which pages people find useful so we can improve the site.
Who can see it
The Off The Wall Construction team. Form submissions are delivered through Framer, the platform this website runs on, and analytics data is processed by Google. We do not sell your information and we do not pass it to anyone else for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we deal with them, and afterwards as part of our normal business records. Analytics data is held by Google on their standard retention schedule.
Cookies
This site sets Google Analytics cookies to count visits and see which pages get used. You can block or clear cookies in your browser and the site will still work.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call 07 542 5438 or send us a message through the contact page and we will sort it out.
