Off The Wall Construction, OTWC, is a Maori owned business, with a progressive way of thinking when it comes to mahi. We are whanau committed to building sustainable, high-quality structures, who believe alongside the actual mahi, the way the business operates is one of its most important pillars of its success. Emphasis on relationships or whanaungatanga, and a mindset around growth or mahi tahi, are values we hold in high regard, as well as for our team leaders, we encourage confident communication or wananga, and last but certainly not least is respect, or manaakitanga. The know the heart of our industry is its people. Our health and safety practices place huge emphasis on how we operate to protect our people and leave minimal footprint.
