Overview

Two booms, one base slab

Working alongside McConnell Dowell on critical wastewater infrastructure for the Western Bay, we pumped and placed two big pours with our 38 m booms.

The first was 1,361 m² of site concrete, about 200 m³. The second was a 1,145 m², 300 mm thick base slab (344 m³) with a U3 finish, poured from a 4 am start with two booms and two trucks running at once. We also poured an earlier 174 m², 120 mm site-office slab.
